摘　　要：糖耐量减低(IGT)属中医"脾瘅"范畴,中医药治疗IGT体现"治未病"理论。方朝晖教授从IGT病因病机着手,运用精而少的益气健脾中药从脾治疗IGT,临床观察疗效确切。现将其经验总结如下,并举案例分析。Impaired glucose tolerance belongs to Pidan in TCM. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment for IGT reflects the prevention of disease theory. FANG Zhaohui pays attention to etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine on IGT, u- sing Yiqi Jianpi Chinese drugs of IGT which is from spleen. The clinical observation showed definite effect. The paper is to intro- duce its experience as follows and case analysis.
