外用药物治疗足癣疗效评价方法的研究

摘　　要：目的:通过筛选外用药物治疗足癣的疗效评价指标,建立客观、全面的外用药物治疗足癣的疗效评价方法。方法:采用德尔菲(Delphi)法,根据文献资料,编制外用药物治疗足癣的疗效评价方法专家问卷,进行专家问卷调查研究。结果:发放问卷25份,回收21份,回收率为84%,专家们对主症积分的减少、真菌镜检、真菌培养、安全性指标、再发率、治疗前后靶皮损的对比、经济-效益比意见的集中程度和协调程度较高。在安全性检查项目中,专家们对过敏反应、血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能、心电图意见的集中程度和协调程度较高。结论:症状积分、真菌镜检、真菌培养、安全评价、再发率、靶皮损前后照片对比、经济效益比应该均作为外用药物治疗足癣疗效评价指标,这些指标构成的评价方法可以从不同方面和角度全面、客观的评价足癣外用的治疗药物或方案的疗效。Objective：To establish the objective and comprehensive efficacy evaluation method of topical medications treating tinea pedis by selecting some indexes. Methods ： We formulated the expert questionnaire of topical drug treatment of tinea pedis ef- ficacy evaluation methods based on the literature and had expert survey research using Delphi method. Results ： We handed out 25 copies of the questionnaire and recycled 21. The recovery rate was 84%. Experts have the high degree of concentration and coordi- nation on lesions points, fungal microscopy, fungal culture, safety indicators, and recurrence rate, skin lesions photos compared be- fore and after treatment. In safety indicators, experts have the high degree of concentration and coordination on allergic reactions, routine blood test, routine urine test,liver and kidney function and ECG. Conclusion：The seven methods are necessary and impor- tant efficacy evaluation methods of topical medications treating tinea pedis, because these indicators can comprehensively and ob- jectively evaluate the efficacy from different aspects and angles.
