摘　　要：目的:探析中医藏象学说复杂性科学原理对恶性肿瘤预防康复的重要作用。方法:通过剖析恶性肿瘤病因病机和现有康复手段和模式,指出癌肿发病的核心病机是七情内伤、阴阳失调、元气亏虚、经络阻滞。恶性肿瘤的康复预防应以调摄心神、培补元气、疏通经络最为关键。结果:以心为君主和天人相应为核心的中医藏象学说及其指导下的中国传统养生康复方法对重大疾病(肿瘤)预防康复有重要作用。结论:中医藏象学说复杂性科学机理对癌肿康复模式有重要影响。Objective ： To analyze the role of the complexity science principles of the viscera theory on malignant tumor preven- tion and rehabilitation. Methods ：Through the analysis of malignant tumor pathogencsis and current rehabilitation means and mode, it pointed out that the cancer incidence of central core disease machine was impassioned internal injuries, the imbalance of Yin and Yang, Qi deficiency, main and collateral channels block, so the rehabilitation of malignant tumor prevention should be to culti- vate psychological conditions,to increase vitality,to dredge meridians and collaterals. Results：The theory of heart being the mon- arch as well as correspondence between man and nature as the core of viscera - state doctrine and the traditional Chinese health rehabilitation method on major diseases （cancer） prevention have an important role in rehabilitation. Conclusion：The viscera theo- ry＇s complexity science has important implications on cancer rehabilitation mechanism model.
