摘　　要：文章分别从早期糖尿病足的发展源流、肢冷症的病机、温阳活血法的应用进行理论探讨,提出从古代开始已有不少医家对早期糖尿病足肢冷症就有深刻的认识和病机分析、治法研究,为防治糖尿病足这一常见并发症提出重要的研究思路。The article discussed the theory of diabetic foot at early stage from its origin and development, the pathogenesis of limbs coldness, and the application of warming Yang and promoting blood circulation way, and pointed out that since ancient times there had been profound knowledge of limbs coldness, analysis of pathogenesis, and the treatment of diabetic foot at early stage, providing important research thought of preventing diabetic foot.
