清热化痰法干预社区获得性肺炎疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价清热化痰法治疗社区获得性肺炎临床疗效。方法:收集38例社区获得性肺炎、中医辨证属痰热壅肺证患者,记录四诊信息、血常规结果、体温等情况后,予以口服自制清热化痰汤,按照本方案要求服药方法,用药后通过观察体温变化、症状积分、白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞百分比(NE%)变化情况,评价本方案疗效。结果:清热化痰汤治疗后可明显改善患者症状、降低炎性指标。结论:清热化痰法干预社区获得性肺炎疗效确切,且操作简单,价格低廉,可减轻患者经济负担,值得临床推广。Objective ： To evaluate the clinical effect of the method of removing phlegm - heat on community - acquired pneu- monia. Methods ：38 cases of community- acquired pneumonia（ syndrome of phlegm -heat obstructing lung in TCM）were select- ed,recording the diagnostic information and blood routine examination before oral administration of Qingre Huatan Decoction in relevant method. The curative effective was evaluated by observing change of body temperature, symptom scores, and leukocyte count and neutrophils percentage. Results ： Qingre Huatan Decoction can obviously improve symptoms and reduce inflammatory in- dexes. Conclusion：The method of removing phlegm -heat has curative effect in treatment of community acquired pneumonia, and the operation is simple, inexpensive, and can reduce the economic burden of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
