生精种玉汤治疗肾虚型少、弱精症的安全性和有效性探究

摘　　要：目的:观察生精种玉汤治疗肾虚型少、弱精症的临床安全性和有效性。方法:按纳入标准及排除标准选择肾虚少精症、弱精症和少精弱精症患者各36例,分别给予生精种玉汤治疗,连续观察2个疗程。本研究采用自身前后对照进行试验研究。结果:108例患者入选后未能坚持治疗者9例,最后99例患者完成各阶段的治疗及评价。总有效率为87.88%。3组有效率分别为87.87%、94.26%和80.65%。3组治疗前后精子密度、a级精子(%)、(a十b)级精子(%)及中医症状积分比比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.01)。3组患者服药期间均未见明显不良反应。结论:生精种玉汤对男子肾虚型少、弱精症是安全、有效的。Objective ： To observe clinical safety and effectiveness of the Shengjing Zhongyu Decoctian in the treatment of kid- ney deficiency type of less refined weak sperm disease. Methods ：According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion standard, kidney deficiency type of less refined disease, weak sperm disease and less refined weak sperm disease patients all 36 cases, respectively took Shengfing Zhongyu Decoction treatment, continuous observation for two treatment. This study used their own cross - refer- ences. Results ：After selected,9 cases failed to adhere to the healers, the last 99 patients completed each phase of the treatment and evaluation. The total effective rate was 87.88%. Three groups＇ effective rate was 87.87% ,94.26% and 80. 65%. Three groups before and after treatment sperm density ,a grade sperm （ % ）, （ a ＋ b） level sperm （ % ） and TCM symptoms integral ratio comparison had statistical significance （P 〈 0.01 ）. Three groups＇ patients had no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion： kidney soup in the treatment of man＇s kidney deficiency of less and weak sperm disease is safe and effective.
