摘　　要：目的:观察从风论治浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选择31例证属风湿夹杂的浆细胞性乳腺炎患者,该类患者均为2009年2月—2012年6月本院乳腺科住院病人,治疗以疏散风热、健脾理湿为原则,具体方法为口服消风散加减,并配合其他疗法,观察该类患者治疗前后疾病改善情况。结果:31例浆细胞性乳腺炎患者经过治疗后,治愈15例,显效10例,有效5例,无效1例,总有效率96.8%。结论:从风论治浆细胞性乳腺炎效果良好。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treating plasma eell mastitis from the wind theory. Methods：31 patients with plasma cell mastiffs were selected from February 2009 to June 2012 in the hospital. The treatment principle was to disperse wind - heat and to strengthen spleen and eliminate damp. Modified Xiaofeng Powder and other treatments were used. The improve- ment in these patients was observed before and after treatment. Results ： Among 31 cases of patients with plasma cell mastiffs after treatment, 15 cases were cured, 10 eases were markedly effective ,5 cases were effective, and 1 case was in vain. The total effective rate was 96.8%. Conclusion：The treatment from wind has good effect for treating plasma cell mastiffs.
