归脾汤加味治疗肾性血尿临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补气活血类中药治疗肾性血尿的疗效。方法:采用加味归脾汤(生黄芪、党参、当归、白术、茯苓、远志、酸枣仁、木香、三七、白茅根等)治疗本病60例,并设对照组,观察两组治疗前后尿相差显微镜红细胞计数、尿沉渣高倍视野红细胞计数、1h及12h尿红细胞计数、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿微量蛋白、血脂及胆固醇数值变化。结果:治疗组对肾性血尿疗效显著,总有效率为91.67%,优于对照组36.67%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);且治疗组能显著降低尿相差显微镜红细胞计数、尿沉渣高倍视野红细胞计数、12 h尿红细胞计数、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿微量蛋白;同时改善血脂指标,治疗前后比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:该方法治疗肾性血尿具有补气活血、改善肾脏的作用。Objective：To observe the effect on renal hematuria treated with Guipi Decoction. Methods：One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into tow groups：treatment group （60 cases） and control group （60 cases ）. The patients of two groups received the same basic treatment. Treatment group was given Modified Guipo Decoction;control group was given Shenyan Kangfu Tablet. After four weeks, urinary phase contrast microscopy, HPF red blood cell count in urinary sediment, urine red blood cell count for 1 hour and 12 hours ,24 hours proteinuria, trace protein, triglycerides and cholesterol were observed. Results ： There was evident effect in treatment group,and the total effective rate was 91.67%. It was better than that in the control group （36. 67% ） （P 〈 0.05 ）. Meanwhile treatment group can obviously decline urinary phase contrast microscopy, HPF red blood cell count in urinary sediment, urine red blood cell count for 1 hour and 12 hours, the numbers of 24 hours proteinuria, trace protein, triglyc- erides and cholesterol. There was statistical difference between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Modified Guipi Decoction has significant curative effect on patlents of renal hematuria.
