姜黄清脂片中姜黄提取工艺的研究

摘  要:根据姜黄清脂片中姜黄的提取特点,选用85%乙醇作为提取溶剂,浸渍24 h后进行提取。以提取物中姜黄素的含量为考察指标,对可能影响姜黄渗漉效果的4个主要因素浸泡时间、乙醇浓度、乙醇用量及渗漉速度进行了正交设计优化,确定了最佳提取条件为用85%乙醇作溶剂,浸渍24 h后,用药材8倍量的85%乙醇进行渗漉,渗漉速度为每小时漉出量是药材重量的1倍。According to the extraction characteristics of curcumin in the Jianghuang Tablets,85% ethanol was as extracting solvent, dipping 24 hours after extraction. In this paper, it studied some influence factors, such as infusing time, ethanol concentra- tion, alcohol consumption and diacolation speed, using the content of curcumin as the index for investigation. The optimal condi- tions for extraction were as follows :85 % ethanol was as solvent, dipping after 24 hours, with 85 % ethanol which was eight times of medicinal materials for displacement,and the speed was displacement account per hour is the one time of herbs' weight.
