摘  要:目的:研究人参生长季的不同时期叶中几种氧化还原酶的活性变化。方法:以五年生人参叶为供试材料,采用中性磷酸缓冲溶液提取粗酶液。应用紫外分光光度法分别测定过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的活力。结果:在人参生长季,叶中POD、CAT和APX活力变化相似,分别在展叶期、结果期和果后参根生长期出现活力高峰。PPO仅在展叶期和结果期出现活力峰值,且活力整体呈下降趋势。结论:人参叶中4种氧化还原酶的活力变化和叶片的生长、果实的形成及根的生长密切相关。Objective:To research the changes of oxidoreductase activity of ginseng leaves in the different growth stages of growing season. Methods : The five - year old ginseng leaves were as the material. Neutral phosphate buffer was selected to extract the crude extract. UV was applied to determine the activities of peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) , polyphenol oxidase (PPO), and ascorbate peroxidase (APX). Results:Changes of POD, CAT and APX were similar that the activity peak appeared in thespreading stage, the fruit growth stage and the root growing after fruit stage. Activity peak of PPO appeared in the spreading stage and the fruit growth stage. And the overall activity showed a downward trend. Conclusion : Changes of 4 kinds of enzyme activity in ginseng leaf are closely related to leaf growth, fruit formation and root growth.
