摘　　要：固定剂量复方制剂或复方药品是多活性组分固定剂量制剂,其目的是利用药物相互作用的有益因素改善和提高药物的整体治疗效应。复方药品研发目前已成为突破药物研究瓶颈的新出路之一。本文就目前复方药品的定义、注册分类、研发现状进行简要综述。Fixed-dose combination （FDC） products are fixed-dose preparations with at least two active components. The objective of FDCs is to improve and enhance the general therapeutic effects by taking advantage of beneficial drug interactions. Development of FDCs has become one of the breakthrough strategies for removing the bottlenecks in drug discovery. This review summarizes the definition, registration classification, and development status of FDCs.
