摘 要:采用固相剪切碾磨技术制备了高填充聚酰胺11(PA11)/钛酸钡(BT)压电复合材料,首次用微型注塑机Micropower5实现其微型注塑加工。研究了微型注塑加工中注射压力和模腔压力的变化及复合体系在微型模腔中的充填过程,以及注塑条件和填料含量的影响。研究结果表明:PA11/BaTiO3复合材料具有优良的微型注塑加工性能,充模极快,充填时间小于10-3s;提高加工温度和注射速率均有利于熔体完全充填,而提高注射速率更为有效;BT质量分数大于30%时,熔体流动性和充填性能下降;BT质量分数高达80%时,仍能在复合体系中均匀分散,可在注塑温度为270℃和注射速率为400 mm/s时,实现对微型模腔的完全充填。The highly filled Polyamide 11 (PAll)/Barium Titanate (BT) piezoelectric composite were prepared by solid-state shear milling and then micro-injection molded using MicroPower 5 micro-injection molding machine. The changes in the injection pressure and the cavity pressure as well as the filling process during micro-injection molding were studied. The influences of the micro processing parameters and the filler content on the filling behavior of PAll/BT composite were investigated. The experimental results indicated that the PAll/BT composite showed excellent micro-injection molding processability,filling the cavity very quickly,less than 10^-3 s. The increase in barrel temperature and in injection speed contributed to the completely filling of the composite melt in the micro mold cavity, and the effect of injection speed was more remarkable. When the BT content in the composite was higher than 30 % , the filling performance of the PAll/BT melt decreased. However,even the BT content in the composite went up to 80 % ,the BT was still well dispersed in PAll, and the completely filling of the PAll/BT melt into the micro mold cavity could be realized at injection temperature was 270 ℃ and injection speed was 400 mm/s,which was a big breakthrough for the micro injection molding of highly filled polymer/inorganic filler composite.
