摘 要:采用3种粒径分布为80~250、120~250、80~120μm的镜片磨屑粉,以单螺杆挤出机挤出,分别制备了低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)/镜片磨屑粉/乙烯一辛烯共聚物接枝马来酸酐(POE—g-MAH)复合材料,阐述了镜片磨屑粉用量对复合材料的力学性能和流动性能的影响及复合材料的相容性。力学性能测试表明:复合材料的拉伸强度均随着镜片磨屑粉用量增加而增加,冲击强度则下降;粒径分布为80~120μm镜片磨屑粉制备的复合材料有较高拉伸强度和冲击强度。电镜观察揭示了经POE—g-MAH增容的复合材料有更好的界面相容。熔体流动速率(MFR)测试表明:复合材料的MFR值随镜片磨屑粉用量增加而下降。用TGA分析仪测试复合材料的热降解性能,结果显示80~250μm镜片磨屑粉的复合材料热稳定性较好。Three types of lens powder with particle size distribution of 80~250μm,120~250μm,and 80~120μm were used to prepare the low density polyethylene (LDPE)/lens powder/maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin elastomer (POE-g-MAH) composite on a single screw extruder. The effects of the content of different type powder on the mechanical and flowing properties of the composite and the compatibility of the composite were elaborated. The measurements of the mechanical properties showed that the tensile strength of the composite was increased, while the impact strength decreased with the lens powder content. The particle size distribution of 80 ~ 120μm was found to show tbe best tensile strength and impact strength of the composite. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images revealed that the composite with POE-g-MAH as a compatibilizer had better compatibility of interface. The results of the melt index (MFR) showed that the MFR of the composite decreased basically with the addition of lens powder content. The thermal degradation of the composite was studied by thermogravimetric analysis. It was found that the thermal stability of the composite was improved by lens powder with the particle size distribution of 80-250 μm.
