两岸四地建立“人民币圈”的可行性及路径探索

摘　　要：本文运用结构向量自回归模型和外部货币法模型分析了两岸四地建立"人民币圈"的可行性。结构向量自回归模型的分析结果表明,两岸四地需求冲击的对称性总体大于供给冲击的对称性;外部货币法模型的分析结果表明,港币、澳门元和新台币在"锚货币"选择中的人民币因素逐渐增强,由此得出两岸四地建立"人民币圈"具有一定的可行性。在此基础上,本文提出两岸四地建设"人民币圈"应该首先促进金融合作,鼓励人民币在跨境贸易和投资中的使用,建立统一的金融市场,然后根据各地经济一体化程度差异,分步骤开展货币合作。This paper explores the feasibility of building the Renminbi bloc through the structure vector auto regressive(SVAR) model and external currency anchor model.The result of SVAR model indicates that the demand shock is more symmetric than supply shock;the external currency anchor model indicates that Renminbi is playing the role of anchor currency for Hong Kong Dollar,Macao Pataca and Taiwan New Dollar.It's concluded that there is feasibility of building the Renminbi bloc to some extent.In order to build up the Renminbi bloc,the regional financial cooperation should be promoted first,to encourage the use of Renminbi in cross-border trade and investment,to establish financial market,and then promote the monetary cooperation according to the different level of economic integration in four regions.
