摘  要:分析电磁先导换向阀的工作原理,建立相应的数学模型,并利用AMESim软件进行建模与仿真分析,得出各因素变化时电磁先导换向阀出口流量的曲线。结果表明,阀芯行程、球阀直径与中间阀套的油道直径是影响电磁先导换向阀出口最大流量的关键因素,但其影响的效果变得越来越弱。The operation principle of the solenoid pilot reversing valve was analyzed, and its mathematical model was established. And then, AMESim was applied to build its model and carry out simulation, and the curves of flow rate at the outlet of the solenoid pilot reversing valve were obtained while various factors changing. The results showed that the spool stroke, the diameter of ball valve and the diameter of the oil duct on intermediate valve sleeve were the key factors affecting the maximum flow rate at the outlet of the solenoid pilot reversing valve, although theinfluential effects became weaker and weaker.
