摘 要:圆锥破碎机下支架结构复杂,其强度和刚度计算依靠经典的解析法难以解决。以FSC91型圆锥破碎机为分析对象,在合理简化模型和载荷的情况下,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench构建了圆锥破碎机下支架有限元计算模型,对多种工况下破碎机下支架的强度和刚度进行了分析,为圆锥破碎机的结构设计提供了一种切实可行的计算方法。Due to the structural complexity of the lower support of the cone crusher, its strength and stiffness are hard to calculate by using classical analytical method. FSC91 cone crusher served as the analytic target, after reasonable simplification of model and loading, the finite element model of the lower support was built in ANSYS Workbench, and its strength and stiffness were analyzed in various operation conditions. The study provided a feasible calculation method for structural design of the cone crusher.
