摘　　要：针对大型机制砂石厂的工艺问题以及日益增长的生产成本问题,通过旋回破碎机和颚式破碎机的技术性和经济性对比,分析了大型机制砂石生产线粗碎工艺采用旋回破碎机代替颚式破碎机的可行性。结果表明,旋回破碎机可以替代目前广泛使用的颚式破碎机,并可大幅度提高大型机制砂石厂的综合竞争力。Aiming at the problems during production process in large-scale manutacturea-aggregate production factory and growing production cost, after comparing the gyratory crusher and the jaw crusher in technicality and economical efficiency, the paper analyzed the feasibility of replacing the jaw crusher with the gyratory crusher. The results showed that the gyratory crusher could substitute the jaw crusher widely used at present, which could remarkably increase the comprehensive competitiveness of the large-scale manufactured- aggregate production factory.
