摘 要:以原煤灰分数据与原煤测灰仪数据为基础,探索二者之间的相关性,建立原煤实时灰分预测模型,实现通过原煤测灰仪数据预测出实时的原煤灰分;以原煤灰分数据与相应的原煤浮沉数据及原煤月综合数据为基础,建立原煤各密度级产率在线预测模型,该模型在实际生产过程中的预测误差比较合理,能够为重介选煤厂自动控制提供理论基础。In order to explore the correlation between the data of raw coal ash content and that measured by the coal ash detector, the model of online predicting raw coal ash content was established, so as to realize the online prediction of the raw coal ash content through the coal ash detector. Based on the data of raw coal ash content, the corresponding float-and-sink data of raw coal and monthly comprehensive data of raw coal, the model of online predicting yield at various density of raw coal was established. The prediction errors of the model applied in the production process were reasonable, which provided theoretical basis for automatic control in heavy-medium coal preparation plant.
