摘 要:锡细泥的浮选难度大,选矿药剂成本高,浮选作业回收率低。以某锡细泥沉砂样浮选泡沫产品为载体,带动溢流样中的细粒锡石进行分支载体浮选试验,沉砂样常规浮选结果可得到锡品位39.73%、锡回收率84.37%的锡精矿;溢流样载体浮选试验结果可使锡回收率比常规浮选提高15%,达到了提高锡细泥回收率的目的。The flotation of tin slime is difficult, reagent cost is high, and recovery rate is low. The flotation foam of a certain tin slime sinking sample served as the cartier to lead the fine cassiterite in overflow sample, thus the branch carrier flotation experiment was conducted. Tin concentrate with grade of 39.73% and recovery rate of 84.37% was obtained after conventional flotation of sinking sample. The tin recovery rate of overflow carrier flotation experiment increased by 15% than conventional flotation, thus the increase of tin slime recovery rate was achieved.
