摘  要:利用FLUENT软件对浮动环密封进行模拟分析的结果表明,由于楔形效应,浮动环所受液体作用力不均匀且不对称,断面最大压力不在最小间隙处,而在液体流向最小间隙处的楔形区域。压力大的地方阻漏效果好,压力小的地方阻漏效果差;随着转速增加泄漏量减小,间隙内液体阻力增加;随密封环两侧压差增加,泄漏量增大;随偏心距增大,泄漏量增大,密封间隙内压力分布越不均匀。FLUENT was applied to simulate and analyze the sealing of the floating ring. The simulation results showed that: the liquid force acting on the floating ring was non-uniform and asymmetrical due to wedgy effects; the maximum sectional pressure lay in the wedgy area where liquid flowed towards the minimum clearance instead of the smallest clearance; the leaking resistance effects were better in which high pressure existed than in which low pressure existed; with the increase in rotary speed, the leakage amotmt decreased and liquid resistance within clearance increased; with the increase in differential pressure of both sealing sides as well as the increase in eccentricity, the leakage amount increased, and pressure distribution within sealing clearance was more non-uniform.
