摘  要:介绍了一种高压真空断路器机械状态监测系统。该监测系统综合了以往的监测技术,保证了对断路器机械状态监测的全面性。在此基础上,扩大了监测范围,包括弹簧操动机构真空断路器和永磁机构真空断路器,提出了一机两用思想,既可作为断路器出厂测试用,又可作为断路器在线监测用。该监测系统在技术上,对信号采集精度、监测仪功能方面、运行抗干扰方面有了更高的要求。监测系统的上位机系统使用混合型面向对象语言C++在可视化编程系统Visual C++中编写,实现与下位机间的通信,接收到的数据随时绘成波形实时显示并存入数据库,为之后的故障诊断系统分析判断积累信息资源。该监测系统已基本完成,经实验测试运行正常,采集数据准确。This monitoring system combines with existing monitoring technology to ensure the comprehensive monitoring of mechanical status of a high voltage vacuum circuit breaker. It can be used for both vacuum circuit breakers with spring operating mechanism and permanent magnetic actuator. And it also can be used for circuit breakers in both delivery test and online monitoring. The monitoring system has higher requirements for signal acquisition accuracy, monitoring functions, and anti-interference during operation. Its upper computer adopts both object-oriented language C++ and procedure-oriented visual programming language Visual C++ to realize communication with lower computer. Upper computer draws waveform to display as soon as it receives data, and to store the waveform in database for further fault diagnosis. This monitoring system has been completed, and trial run show that the system works well with accurate data acquisition.
