摘  要:笔者旨在研究单面交流金属封闭开关设备和控制设备(以下简称开关柜)等效温升试验方法代替多面并柜开关柜中间柜进行温升试验的可行性,并采用等效温升试验方法对开关柜进行温升试验。基于GB/T11022—2011与GB 3906—2006中型式试验部分关于温升试验的要求,以开关柜为研究对象进行温升试验,对比分析采用单面开关柜进行温升试验与3面开关柜并柜中间开关柜通电情况下温升试验结果,并采用该温升等效试验方法对开关柜进行试验,对比分析两种通流试验方式下的试验结果。试验结果显示采用单面等效性温升试验方法,模拟多面并柜开关柜中间柜进行温升试验,其关键点温升误差不超过0.6 K,验证了该等效测量方法的可行性。对双层结构的开关柜的温升试验,当试验回路通流方式采用开关柜中部接线端作为电流流入端,上部与下部接线端作为电流流出端时所测关键点温升值,普遍高于采用下接线端作为电流流入端,上接线端作为电流流出端时,所测开关柜温升关键点温升值。试验结果表明前种通流方式对试品开关柜温升的考核较后种严格。The objective of this paper is to study a feasibility of an equivalent method of a temperature-rise test for a single of AC metal-clad switchgear and controlgear (switchgear, for short) to substitute for a normal temperature-rise test conducted in one middle-switehgear of several parallel switchgears. Based on this equivalent test method, a temperature-rise test was conducted on an indoor metal-clad enclose switchgear and controlgear. Based on a specification of a temperature-rise test duty of type-test in standards of GB/T 11022--2011 and GB 3906--2006,an experiment of temperature-rise test, as specified in type-test, was conducted in a metal enclosed switchgear and three parallel switehgears, respectively. And a comparing experiment was conducted in a metal-clad enclosed switchgear, based on this equivalent test method, later then. Experiment result shows: the feasibility of the equivalent temperature-rise test method was verified by a 0.6 K tolerance in key points, when the equivalent test method conducted in single switchgear was used to substitute for a normal temperature-rise test conducted in one middle-switchgear of three parallel switchgears. For an experiment of two-layer structure switchgear, two ways of current conducting were applied, one way was to take the middle terminal as the current flowing input while both the upper and lower terminals were taken as the current flowing output, the other way was to take the upper terminal as current flowing input while the lower terminal was taken as current flowing output. Experiment result shows the temperature-rise conditions of some key points, in this metal-clad enclosed switchgear, the former way of current conducting is more severe than the latter.
