药对生姜-陈皮配伍前后煎煮液中几种活性成分的变化

摘　　要：目的建立同时定量测定药对生姜-陈皮配伍煎煮液中几种活性成分(橙皮苷、6-姜酚、8-姜酚、6-姜醇)的方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱Agilent TC-C18(2)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-6%醋酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0 mL/min,检测波长280 nm,柱温30℃,对生姜、陈皮配伍前后煎煮液中的橙皮苷、6-姜酚、8-姜酚、6-姜醇进行测定。结果药对煎煮液中的各成分量均较单味药煎煮液中的量高。结论生姜、陈皮配伍可提高所测定有效成分溶出率。AIM To establish a method for determining active constituents in Zingiberis recens Rhizoma-Citri reticulatae Pericarpium Decoction.METHODS RP-HPLC was applied.The samples were separated on an Agilent TC-C18（2） column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-6% acetic acid in gradient elution mode in the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm with the column temperature of 30 ℃.Hesperidin,6-gingerol,8-gingerol and 6-shogaol were determined before and after the decocting.RESULTS The contents of the four active constituents were higher in the mixed decoction than those in the single decoction. CONCLUSION The compatibility of Zingiberis recens Rhizoma and Citri reticulatae Pericarpium can increase the contents of active constituents.
