摘  要:限流式统一潮流控制器(unified power flow controller,UPFC)是一种能有效应对系统短路故障的新型柔性交流输电装置。为提高短路故障切除速度、降低装置成本,将基于集成门极换向晶闸管(integrated gate commutated thyristor,IGCT)的桥式限流器与UPFC结合起来,构建了一种新型限流式UPFC拓扑,分析了其短路限流工作原理,建立了短路数学模型。以系统限流指标、UPFC的功率模块安全限度、限流器模块IGCT电压电流限值和直流电容电压限值为依据,给出了限流电感和直流电容的参数设计方法。对新型限流式UPFC与已有装置的工作性能和主要元件参数选择进行了比较。PSCAD/EMTDC对比仿真表明,新型限流式UPFC减少了短路切除时间,减小了元件参数,降低了短路电流对电网的冲击。Unified power flow controller with fault current limiter(UPFC-FCL) is a novel flexible AC transmission system device,which can effectively cope with the short circuit fault in power grid.Integrating bridge type fault current limiter based on integrated gate commutated thyristor(IGCT) with UPFC,the circuit topology of novel UPFC-FCL is established and its working principle of limiting short-circuit current is analyzed,and then its mathematical model is built.Based on power system current limiting index,security margin of UPFC power module,IGCT voltage and current limit value of FCL module and limit value of DC voltage,the parameter design method for DC capacitor and DC current limiting inductance is given.The working performance and main component parameters of the novel UPFC-FCL are compared with those of existing devices.Results of PSCAD/EMTDC based comparative simulation show that using the novel UPFC-FCL the short-circuit fault clearing time is decreased,component parameters are reduced and the impact of short-circuit current on power grid is alleviated.
