摘 要:提出了一种基于广域量测数据的电力系统动态频率求取方法。该方法对系统进行线性化处理,利用扰动后瞬间系统广域量测数据,形成雅可比矩阵,进一步求解系统的状态方程,从而直接计算出系统各发电机频率曲线的时域函数表达式。该算法考虑了调速器的动态特性、网损及负荷变化对系统惯性中心频率的影响,且不需要进行逐步积分。仿真结果表明,该算法求出的惯性中心频率函数能够较好地描述系统惯性中心的频率动态特性,具有较高的精度。Based on wide-area measurement system(WAMS) a method to obtain power system dynamic frequency is proposed.In the proposed method the linearization of power system is performed and utilizing the wide-area measurement data right after the disturbance the Jacobian matrix is formed,then the state equation of power system is solved and the expressions of time-domain functions of generators frequency curves in the power system can be directly calculated.In the proposed algorithm the impacts of dynamic characteristics of governor,network loss and load variation on center of inertia(COI) frequency are considered,and step-by-step integration is not to be implemented.Applying the proposed algorithm to WSCC 3-machine 9-bus system and modified IEEE 50-machine 145-bus system and comparing the obtained results with those of the two examples simulated by PSS/E,it is shown that using the proposed algorithm the obtained COI frequency function is of high accuracy and can describe dynamic characteristic of frequency at COI of power system well.
