摘 要:新型发电资源的并网运行,有效解决了能源及环境问题,同时对电力系统带来了新的挑战。为了更有效地运用这些分布式发电资源,引入了虚拟电厂概念。基于对国内外相关研究的综合分析,明确界定了虚拟电厂的概念及特征,根据外部电力市场环境的不同将虚拟电厂分为基于技术目标和基于市场目标的两种虚拟电厂,并重点分析了国外典型虚拟电厂项目的核心技术和实施情况。分析结果表明,在电力系统改革中,需要更为先进的能源整合技术,而虚拟电厂技术则为科学整合配电侧的分布式能源资源提供了可能,并已在不同国家取得了显著成果。最终,综合考虑中国电力工业和电网技术发展趋势,分析虚拟电厂在中国的发展前景,提出促进虚拟电厂发展的相关建议,为行业主体、宏观规划和决策者提供决策依据。Grid-connection of new types of generation resources effectively solve problems in energy source and environment,meanwhile it brings new challenges to existing power grids.To utilize these distributed generation resources more efficiently the concept of virtual power plant(VPP) is introduced.Based on synthetical analysis on relevant researches home and abroad,the concept and features of VPP are definitely defined,and according to the differences among electricity market environments abroad the VPPs are classified as two categories,namely technical virtual power plants(TVPP) based on technical objectives and commercial virtual power plant(CVPP) based on the different external electricity market environments.Analysis results show that during the renovation of power sector the more advanced energy source integration technology is needed,and the technology of VPP offers the possibility to reasonably integrate distributed generation resources at distribution side and significant achievements are attained.Finally,considering development tendency of power sector and power system technology in China,the development prospect of VPP in China is analyzed and related suggestions to promote the development of VPP in China are proposed.
