摘  要:比较了两种不同Ti/B比的Al-Ti-B中间合金分别与Al-10Sr联合添加对A357亚共晶Al-Si合金的细化变质效果。试验结果表明:在相同Sr量变质条件下,本试验范围内,两种Al-Ti-B中间合金对A357合金的细化效果均随加入量增加而增强,但Al-3Ti-3B中间合金的细化效果明显优于等量的Al-5Ti-1B中间合金,Sr对两种Al-Ti-B中间合金的细化效果无明显干扰作用;Al-3Ti-3B能较大程度削弱Sr的变质效果,致使添加Al-3Ti-3B+Sr的A357合金力学性能低于等量添加Al-5Ti-1B+Sr的合金力学性能。The effects of combined additions of AI-10Sr and A1-Ti-B grain refiners with two different Ti/B ratios on A357 alloy have been compared. The results show that under the condition of the same Sr amount, the refining effect of two AI-Ti-B master alloys on A357 alloy are enhanced with the increase of their addition amount within the scope of this study, the refining effect of A1-3Ti-3B is superior to A1-5Ti-IB with same addition level. Sr does not decrease the refining effect of two A1-Ti-B grain refiners. A1-3Ti-3B can can considerably weaken the Sr modification effect, the mechanical properties of A357 alloy with A1-3Ti-3B+Sr addition is lower than A1-5Ti-1 B+Sr addition of same amounamountt.
