摘  要:热模拟技术作为一种较为成熟的物理模拟技术,已在结构焊接、锻轧、热处理等方面获得了广泛应用,但在铸造领域远没有获得充分开发和应用。本文针对铸造合金半固态成形、热处理、补焊/焊接等过程,分析了其热/力条件,介绍了热模拟技术在铸造合金的流变性能、组织与力学行为及铸造数值模拟等方面研究的方法和实例,展望了热模拟技术在铸造领域中的应用前景。Thermal simulation technique as a mature physical simulation technology has been widely applied to the fields such as structural welding, deformation and heat treatment, etc., but its development and application to foundry field were quite insufficient. In accordance with the semi-solid forming, heat treatment, repair welding/ welding processes, the thermal/stress conditions were analyzed and the research method and some examples were introduced about rheology, microstructure, mechanical behaviors and casting numerical modeling of casting alloy and the prospect of thermal simulation application to the field of casting were given.
