摘 要:针对复杂盖形铝合金压铸件的结构特点,设计出了三种浇注系统方案,利用华铸CAE软件对三种设计方案的有效性进行了模拟,筛选出最佳浇注系统方案,并确定了溢流槽的安放位置,同时对有溢流浇注系统方案也进行了华铸CAE模拟验证。结果表明,设计的6道内浇道和7处溢流槽可保证充型平稳、均匀,除气排渣作用好。通过实际生产应用,获得了满意的效果。The three design projects of gating system were firstly designed on the basis of the structural feature of aluminum alloy die casting with complex-cover shape, and InteCAST software was adopted to confirm the rationality for the three design projects of gating system without overflow, the best design project was selected out. Then the position of overflow was determined, at the same time, the design project of gating system with overflow was also verified by means oflnteCAST software. The simulation results show that the design scheme with six ingates and seven overflows can ensure liquid alloy with smooth and even filling, good eliminating effect on blowhole and inclusion. The satisfactory result is obtained through production application
