摘　　要：[目的]Flupyradifurone是由拜耳公司开发的新型杀虫剂,探索其合成方法并进行生物活性测试。[方法]以4-氯乙酰乙酸乙酯、二氟乙胺、2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶为起始原料制备了flupyradifurone,并经核磁验证了结构。[结果]生测结果表明该化合物对蚜虫具有较好的杀虫活性。[Aims] Flupyradifurone as a novel pesticide was developed by Bayer AG, the synthetic method and insecticidal activity were explored. [Mothods] Flupyradifurone was synthesized by using ethyl 4-chloroacetoacetate, 2,2- difluoroethylamine and 2-chloro-5-chloromethylpyridine as starting materials, and its structure was confirmed by 1H NMR. [IRosults] The bioassay showed that flupyradifurone exhibited good insecticidal activity against aphids.
