木材液化物悬浮剂在种衣剂中的配伍性和稳定性

摘　　要：[目的]种衣剂贮存时容易分层、沉淀,加入木材液化物悬浮剂(WLS)可改善种衣剂贮存性能。[方法]以重复试验法测定WLS在玉米、小麦、水稻等种衣剂中的配伍性和稳定性。[结果]WLS复配后,体系WLS/Tween 80、WLS/LAS表面张力分别下降到36.1、31.6 mN/m;WLS/Tween 80和Attapulgite/WLS/Tween 80在玉米种衣剂中悬浮率分别为81%和92%,在高温时悬浮率分别下降20%和11%,后者黏度变化率更低。[结论]WLS与传统表面活性剂Tween 80、APG、LAS配伍,协同效应显著,有效保持种衣剂的悬浮稳定。[Aims] The seed coating agent layered and precipitated easily during storage, and its storage properties could be improved after a suspending agent by adding wood liquefaction sulfonation （WLS）. [Methods] The compatibility and stability of WLS in the corn, wheat, rice and other seed coating agents were determined by the repeat test. [Results] When WLS was mixed, the surface tensions of system WLS/Tween 80 and WLS/LAS reduced respectively to 36.1 and 31.6 mN/m. The suspending rates of WLS/Tween 80 and Attapulgite/WLS/Tween 80 in corn seed coating agent were respectively 81 and 92%, and decreased respectively by 20 and 11% at a high temperature, and the latter viscosity change rate was lower. [Conclusions] The WLS can be mixed with traditional surfactant Tween 80, APG, LAS and nroduce a siffaificant svnergistic effect, and effectively maintain the susoension stability of seed coatin~ alzent.
