摘　　要：提高大学生就业教育课程的教学质量是保障大学生就业教育顺利开展的重要基础,QFD方法是当今较为流行的质量控制管理方法,运用这一方法从"课程需求的调查分析"开始,经过"教学质量特性转化"、"教学模块转化"和"教学质量改进"三个步骤,最终实现大学生就业教育课程的改进和发展。Improve the quality of teaching to college students＂ employment education is very important, QFD is now more popular quality control management method,task group to use this method to college students＂ employment education curriculum improvement research. From ＂curriculum needs of the investigation＂ ,after ＂teaching quality characteristic conversion＂, ＂teaching module conversion＂ and ＂teaching quality improvement＂ three steps to derive recommendations for improvement.
