摘 要:目的 :分析明党参加工炮制前后的顶空气体成分 ,探讨其是否与明党参的致敏性有关。方法 :采用毛细管气相色谱 质谱 计算机联用方法分析明党参炮制前、炮制过程中、炮制后顶空气体成分。结果 :初步鉴定出 2 4个化合物。炮制前的主要成分是 :8 羟基 对伞花烃 (7.72 % )、4 甲基 2 ,6 二叔丁基苯酚 (7.48% )、1,2 二苯乙烯 (8.12 % )。炮制过程中的主要成分是 :联苯 (13.44 % )、十五烷 (9.6 4% )、β 乙基萘 (8.37% )。炮制后的主要成分是 :β 蒎烯 (5 2 .17% )、α 蒎烯(2 2 .0 9% )、柠檬烯 (13.0 4% )、α 异松油烯 (8.6 9% )。结论 :三者顶空气体成分的化学组成呈明显差异。Objective: To explore whether the headspace volatile constituents of root of Changium smyrnioides Wolff were concerned in sensitization of Changium smyrnioides Wolff by analysis of its headspace volatile constitutents before and after being processed.Methods: The headspace constituents of root of Changium smyrnioides before, during and after processing were analyzed by techniques of combined capillary gas chromatography mass spectrometry computer. Results: The 24 chemical compounds were identified; the main compounds before processing were 8 Hydroxy p cymeme (7.72%), 4 Methyl 2, 6 di tert butylphenol(7.48%) and 1,2 Diphenylethylene (8.12%). The main compounds during processing were Biphenyl(13.44%), Pentadecane(9.64%) and β Ethylnaphthalene(8.37%). The main compounds after processing were β Pinene (52.17%), α Rinene(22.09%), Limonene (13.04%) and α Terpinolene (8.69%). Conclusion: There is obvious difference in headspace volatile constituents among before, during and after processing.
