猴菇多糖对胃癌癌前病变的逆转治疗研究

摘　　要：目的 :为筛选治疗胃癌前病变及早期胃癌的有效药物 ,应用猴菇多糖施以胃癌癌前病变患者。方法 :慢性萎缩性胃炎 (ChronicAtrophyGastritis,CAG)伴肠上皮化生 (Intestinalmetaplasia ,IM) 2 0例 ,CAG伴异型增生 (Dysplasia ,DYS)患者 2 0例。疗程 6个月后进行治疗前后形态学对比观察 ,并进行DNA含量分析及BCellLymphosarcomo 2 (Bcl 2 )蛋白含量测定。结果 :治疗后 2 0例CAG伴IM组 12例肠上皮化生消失 ,2 0例CAG伴DYS组 8例异型增生消失 ;Bcl 2表达量(荧光指数FI)减少 ,治疗前后FI阳性率有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :猴菇多糖对胃癌癌前病变有较好的临床疗效。Objective:To select the effective drug for treating gastric premalignant lesion and to observe the effect of Hougujun Tablets on DNA, Bcl 2 content of gastric premalignant lesion.Methods: 20 cases of chronic atrophy gastritis (CAG) with intestinal metaplasia (IM); 20 cases CAG with dysplasia (DYS) were treated with Houtoujun Tablets for 6 months. The morphological comparison observation and DNA, Bcl 2 content analysis before and after treatment were performed. Results:After treatment, 12 cases showed IM disappear among 20 cases CAG with IM, 8 cases showed DYS disappear among 20 cases CAG with DYS. The gastric premalignant lesion Fluorescence index (FI) of Bcl 2 protein decreased. There was a significant difference in FI positive rate between before and after treatment. Conclusions:Hougujun Tablet has a therapeutic effect on the gastric premalignant lesion.
