恒春奇圣胶囊对果蝇性活力及寿命的实验研究

摘　　要：:目的 :观察恒春奇圣胶囊对果蝇性活力及寿命的影响。方法 :采用测定果蝇交配潜伏期时间、振翅次数、交配时间及果蝇平均寿命、最高寿命的方法。结果 :恒春奇圣胶囊能缩短黑腹果蝇的交配潜伏期 ,延长多数周龄果蝇的交配时间 ,增加雄果蝇在追逐雌蝇时的振翅次数 ;明显延长果蝇的平均寿命 (延长幅度 :雌蝇为 2 7.91%和 33.90 % ,雄蝇为 39.5 6 %和43% )。结论 :恒春奇圣胶囊具有壮阳和延寿作用。Objective:To observe the effects of Hengchunqishng Capsule on sexual vitality and lifetime of drosophila melanogaster.Methods: The time of mating latency, the times of vibrating wings and mating duration as the sexual vitality, the bavarage of age have been determined. Results: The time of mating latency can be shortened, the frequency of vibrating wings can be increased, the mating duration can be prolonged significantly with Hengchunqisheng Capsule. Conclusions: Hengchunqisheng Capsule is valuable in treatment of human impotence and prolongation of lifetime.
