信宁咳糖浆镇咳和祛痰作用研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究信宁咳糖浆在镇咳 ,祛痰及其急性毒性方面的药理学作用。方法 :利用浓氨水喷雾法 ,枸橼酸喷雾引咳法 ,毛细玻管引痰法及采用观察小鸭气管纤毛运动的方法来研究信宁咳糖浆在镇咳、祛痰方面的药理作用。结果 :研究证明信宁咳糖浆能促进小鸭呼吸道内腺体分泌和粘液移动及气管纤毛运动 ,能明显增加大鼠排痰量。此外还可明显延长豚鼠和小鼠咳嗽潜伏期 ,减少其咳嗽次数。结论Objective: To study the effects of Xinningke Syrup on expectoration and cough remedy. Methods: Observing the incubative period and the times of cough induced by ammonia liquor or citric acid phlegm displacement of rat, the tracheal ciliary movement of duck. Results: Xinningke Syrup could accelerate tracheal ciliary movement of duck and phlegm displacement of rat. On the other hand, the syrup could also obviously prolong the incubative period of cough and decrease the times of cough. Conclusion: Xinningke Syrup can be used as an effective traditional Chinese medicine to treat bronchitis, cough and excessive phlegm in clinic.
