灯盏花素注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察灯盏花素注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将98例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组48例。2组均予以常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用灯盏花素注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗,疗程均为14d。比较2组心绞痛临床症状、心电图改善情况以及治疗前、后超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的变化。结果治疗组临床症状改善总有效率为92.0%,高于对照组的70.8%;心电图改善有效率为82.0%,高于对照组的62.5%;2组治疗后hs-CRP水平低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论灯盏花素注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of breviscapin injection combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods 98 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （ 50 patients） and control group （ 48 patients） . Both groups were given regular therapy for 14 days. The treatment group was treated with breviscapin injection combined with trimetazidine on the basis of regular therapy. The clinical symptoms,electrocardiogram,level of C-reactive protein before and after treatment of 2 groups were compared. Results On the clinical symptoms,the total effective rate was 92. 0% in treatment group,which was higher than 70. 8% in control group. On the electrocardiogram, the total effective rate was 82. 0% in treatment group,which was higher compared to the 62. 5% in control group. The level of C-reactive protein in 2 groups were significantly lowered,which was more obviously in treatment group than in control group, and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05） . Conclusion The breviscapin injection combined with trimetazidine has significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
