摘　　要：目的统计分析该院2012年下半年度抗菌药物的应用情况,以加强抗菌药物的管理,并为规范合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法对2012年7～12月上报感染人数和抗菌药物的销售金额、品种选择、用药频度、日均费用及分级管理等进行回顾性分析。结果共上报医院内感染患者268例,月平均感染率为7.00%;抗菌药物使用强度为3.80DDD/百人床日;抗菌药物中注射类和口服类金额分别占抗菌药物总金额的93.10%和6.90%;抗菌药物品种数为15个,抗菌药物费用占药物总费用的6.76%。结论该院抗菌药物使用未符合政策要求,仍需要进一步加强《抗菌药物临床用药指导原则》的学习,同时应加大管理、干预力度和严格控制用药指征。Objective To investigate and analyze the application of antibiotics in hospitalized patients of psychosis,so as to strengthen the management of antibiotics and provide a basis for the rational application of antibacterial drugs in medical institutions. Methods The number of infections and sales amount,variety selection of antibiotics,drug use frequency and daily cost and hierarchical management of antibiotics reported in July ～ December 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 268 patients with nosocomial infection were reported from July to December in 2012; The monthly average infection rate of 7. 00% ; The antibiotics use strength was 3. 80 DDD / bed × one hundred people day; The antibiotics injection and oral amount accounts for 93. 10% and 6. 90% of the total amount of antimicrobial agents respectively; There are 15 varieties of antibacterial drugs,antibiotics cost accounted for 6. 76% of the total cost. Conclusion The application of antibiotics is not conform to the requirements of the policy,we still need to strengthen its management and strictly control the indications of drug use.
