锁骨钩钢板术后罕见并发症喙锁韧带钙化原因分析

摘　　要：目的探讨锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位术后出现喙锁韧带钙化的原因及相应的防治措施。方法回顾性分析锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位患者82例,总结术后并发症,分析其原因。结果 82例患者随访1～20个月,平均11个月,其中9例出现喙锁韧带钙化(时间1～9个月)。结论锁骨钩钢板术后可出现喙锁韧带钙化,正确的术中操作和术后康复可减少喙锁韧带钙化的发生。Objective To evaluate the reasons of coracoclavicular ligament calcification after using clavicular hook plates to treat acromioclavieular dislocation and suggest corresponding prevention measures. Methods Retrospectively analyed 82 patients with acromioclavieular dislocation who were treated by clavicular hook plates, to discuss the reasons of complica- tion. Results All the patients were followed up for 1 - 20 months and the average time were 11 months. 9 patients were discovered coracoclavieular ligament calcification（ during 1 -9 months afteroperation）. Conclusion The occurrence cora- eoclavicular ligament calcification may be one of complications after using clavicular hook plates ,errorless during operation and postoperative rehabilitation can reduce the development of coracoclavicular ligament calcification.
