摘　　要：降钙素原（PCT）是一种新型炎性标记物，为无激素活性的糖蛋白，在人体内能转化为降钙素发挥作用。现在临床使用的感染标记物，如C_反应蛋白、自细胞等，缺乏细菌感染诊断的特异性，而PCT具有高度特异性和敏感性，在疾病早期诊断及追踪病情变化等方面具有优越性。本文对PCT的检测及临床意义进行综述。Procalcitonin （PCT） is a novel inflammatory marker,and a kind of glycoprotein without hormone activity, which can be converted to calcitonin and play a role in the human body. Now the clinical infection markers, such as C-reactive protein, white blood cells and so on, are lack of specificity of the diagnosis of bacterial infection,while PCT has the superiority in early diagnosis and tracking changes in conditions with high degree of specificity and sensitivity. In this paper, PCT testing and clinical significance are reviewed.
