摘　　要：实体肿瘤在生长代谢过程中肿瘤细胞会出现程度不等的缺氧反应，低氧诱导因子-1（hypoxia inducible factor-1，HIF-1）作为哺乳动物在缺氧条件下的一个重要的氧依赖转录激活因子，通过与靶基因结合调节一系列细胞因子和生长介质的基因表达及蛋白质合成，对于肿瘤组织的生长具有重要意义，而HIF-la是HIF．1的活性亚基，因此，以HIF_1a为靶点的抗肿瘤药物的研究，对于肿瘤的治疗具有深远的影响。Tumor cells will be varying degrees of hypoxia reaction in the process of growth and metabolism of solid tumors. Hypoxia inducible factor-1 （HIF-1） is an important oxygen dependence transcription activating factor for mammals in anoxic conditions, it is significant for the growth of tumor tissue by regulating a series of cytokines gene expression and protein synthesis and growth medium through combining with target genes. The anti-tumor drugs researches targeted in HIF-la have important influence for cancer therapy.
