摘  要:目的探讨昆明市T2DM患者HbA1c与FPG、2hPG和血红蛋白(Hb)的关系,了解HbA1c的影响因素。方法选取昆明市居住5年以上的T2DM患者208例,对HbA1c与FPG、2hPG和Hb进行分析,将高血红蛋白和正常血红蛋白组FPG、2hPG和HbA1c进行比较。结果 HbA1c与FPG、2hPG呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.87、0.89,HbA1c与FPG和2hPG的回归方程为Y=1.124+0.334X1+0.284X2。不同Hb水平间FPG、2hPG和HbA1c比较差异无统计学意义。结论影响HbA1c的主要因素是FPG和2hPG,Hb对FPG、2hPG和HbA1c的影响无统计学意义。Objective To explore the correlation of HbAlc with the levels of hemoglobin (Hb), FPG, and 2 hPG, and to evaluate the correlative factors of HbA1c. Methods A total of 208 T2DM patients living in Kunming city were investigated. The correlation of HbA1 c with Hb, FPG, and 2 hPG was studied. A comparison of the levels of FPG, 2 hPG, and HbAlc between the high and normal Hb groups was carried out for study. Results The HbA1 c level was positively correlated with the FPG (r=0. 87) and 2 hPG (r= 0. 89) levels. The regression equation of HbA1c with FPG and 2 hPG was Y=1. 124+0. 33411 +0. 28412. In different Hb levels there were no significant differences in the correlation of HbAlc with FPG and 2 hPG. Conclusion The major correlative factors of HbAle are FPG and 2 hPG. The Hb level does not affect the levels of FPG, 2 hPG, and HbA1 c significantly.
