腹腔镜下子宫全切术后下肢静脉血栓形成17例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫全切术后下肢静脉血栓形成的临床特点。方法回顾性分析17例腹腔镜下子宫全切术后下肢静脉血栓形成患者(血栓组)和112例对照组患者的临床资料。结果血栓组中年龄、手术时间、术后下床活动时间均大于对照组,体质指数大于25、合并高血压的比率均高于对照组,合并高血脂、糖尿病、贫血、妊娠次数大于2、有抽烟喝酒嗜好者,两组中的比率无差别。结论高龄、肥胖、高血压可能增加下肢静脉血栓形成的风险,缩短手术时间、鼓励患者术后早日下床活动可减少下肢静脉血栓的发生。【Objective】To discuss the clinical characteristics of the venous thrombosis of lower limbs after the total hysterectomy with laparoscope. 【Methods】Retrospective analysis was conducted for 17 patients with the venous thrombosis of lower limbs after the total hysterectomy with laparoscope （Thrombosis Group）. The clinical information of the 112 patients （Control Group） was analyzed comparatively. 【Results】The age, operation duration, the exercise time after operation of the thrombosis group were more than the data of the control group. The body mass index was more than 25, the hypersphyxia ratio was higher than the control group. The hyperlipemia, diabetes mellitus, anemia, number of pregnancies was more than 2, the cigarette-addicts and the alcohol-addicts ratio were the same in the two groups. 【Conclusion】Advanced age, obesity and hypertension may increase the risk of the venous thrombosis of lower limbs. We shall shorten the operation duration and encourage the patients exercise earlier and more after operation to decrease the risk of venous thrombosis of lower limbs.
