摘　　要：目的 :运动试验对冠状动脉内支架植入术 (CASI)疗效的评定。方法 :对在我院成功进行冠状动脉内支架植入术后 3～ 18月的 15例患者进行活动平板运动试验。结果 :运动试验 5例阳性 ;运动耐量增加。结论 :对于冠状动脉内支架植入术后病人运动试验可以作为常规检查 ,判断患者的心肌灌注情况。Objective:To evaluate the effects of coronary stent implanting by treadmill exercise test.Methods:Treadmill exercise test was conducted in 15 patients with coronary stent implanting on 3~18 months after implanting.Results:All patients accomplished tests without accident.Exercise capacity was 7~11(8 8±1 9) METs.There were positive test in 5 patients,and the others negative.Conclusion:The effects of coronary stent implanting may be evaluated by exercise test regard as routine examination.
