特色蔬菜品种大通鸡腿葱产业现状及发展探析

摘　　要：从青海高原特色蔬菜品种大通鸡腿葱产业发展现状入手,分析了目前大通鸡腿葱产业发展存在几点问题:未形成系统研究体系、产品标准化程度低、加工技术落后等;提出了大通鸡腿葱产业要想健康发展,必须加强技术支撑力度、强化标准化基地建设、培养壮大龙头企业、建立健全产业化经营模式等措施。According to the industry status of Datong AUium fistulosum,a specialty vegetable variety in Qinghai Plateau, the main problems existed in industry development were analyzed, including it didn＇t form a systemically research system,low product standardization degree, lagging processing technology, et al, and it provided that for the healthy development of Datong Allium fistulosum industry, it should strengthen technical support and standardization base construction,cultivate and strengthen leading enterprises,establish a healthy business model et al.
