摘  要:研究比较基因型、低温预处理温度及时间、25%蔗糖浸泡、活性炭浓度、接种后高温处理及激素配比对玉米花药反应率的影响。结果表明,基因型、活性炭浓度及激素配比与花药反应率呈极显著相关,相关程度依次为基因型>激素配比>活性炭浓度,其他试验因素与花药反应率均未呈显著相关。基因型对玉米花药反应率的影响最大,不同基因型的花药反应率明显不同,杂交种的花药反应率极显著高于自交系。N6诱导培养基添加0.5%活性炭及2 mg/L 2,4-D、1 mg/L KT均能极显著或显著提高花药反应率。花药接种前于8℃处理3 d、接种后于33℃暗培养1 d后转入28℃暗培养,能显著或极显著提高花药反应率。接种前对花药进行25%蔗糖浸泡处理不会对花药反应率带来积极效应。The influence of genotype, low temperature and time of pretreatment, 25% sucrose, activated carbon (AC) concentration, high temperature treatment and different hormone combination on anther response ratio was stud- ied. The results showed that there were extremely significant correlation between anther response ratio and genotype, AC concentration and hormone ratio and correlation coefficient decreased in an order: genotype, hormone ratio and AC concentration, while there were no significant correlation between anther response ratio and other factors. Anther re- sponse ratio of hybrid species was extremely significantly higher than that of inbred lines. N6 inducing culture medium adding 2 mg/L 2,4-D, 1 mg/L KT and 0.5% AC could significantly increase anther response ratio. Anther treated 3 days under 8℃before inoculation and placed 1 day under 33℃darkness then placed them to 28℃ darkness after in- oculation could significantly improved anther response ratio. 25% sucrose treatment had no positive effect on anther response ratio.
