摘 要:从东北地区20个市(县)玉米主产区采集玉米纹枯病标样,分离纯化得到茄丝核菌173株,对其进行菌丝融合群鉴定,共鉴定出AG1-IA、AG-5、AG4-HGⅡ等融合群以及双核菌。AG1-IA为东北地区的优势融合群,占分离菌株总数的75.57%;其次是AG-5融合群,占分离总数的18.86%;AG4-HGⅡ和双核菌株分别占1.14%和2.29%。随机选取不同地区的玉米纹枯病菌菌株64株(AG1-IA、AG5、AG4-HGⅡ、双核菌株),采用菌饼作为接种体,通过温室苗期接种鉴定,结果表明,同一融合群的菌株致病力存在明显分化现象。属于AG1-IA的菌株对3个玉米品种的平均致病力为21.88~80.21;AG-5的菌株也存在致病力分化现象,菌株对3个玉米品种的平均致病力为17.71~48.96。One hundred and seventy-three pathogenicity isolates were obtained trom maize sheath bhght samples from 20 main counties in Northeastern of China. Anastomosis group identification showed that the isolates belonged to muhinueleate Rhizoctonia AGI-IA, AG-5, AG4-HGII and binucleate Rhizoctonia. AG-I-IA was the major anasto- mosis group(75.57% of total isolates) of these isolates, followed by AG-5(18.86%), AG4-HG Ⅱ (1.14%) and binucle- ate Rhizoctonia(2.29%). Sixty-four pathogenicity isolates(AGl-IA, AG-5, AG4-HGII, binucleate Rhizoctonia) were classified into three pathogenic types(including strong pathogenic type, moderate pathogenic type and weak pathogenic type) by inoculation test in greenhouse. The results showed that there were discrepancies in pathogenicity among iso- lates belonging to the same anastomosis groups including AGI-IA and AG-5. The average disease index on 3 maize cuhivars of the pathogenicity isolates belonging to AGI-IA were between 21.88 and 80.21. The average disease index on 3 maize eultivars of the pathogenicity isolates belonging to AG-5 were between 17.71 and 48.96.
