摘  要:目的观察瘦素受体基因Lysl09Arg和Pro1019Pro变异与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(ob-structive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)的相关性。方法对390例无亲缘关系的中国北方汉族居民(OSAHS组195例,健康对照组195例)进行了多导睡眠图监测,用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段多态性方法(PCR-RFLP)检测瘦素受体基因Lysl09Arg和Pro1019Pro的基因型。结果 Lysl09Arg和Pro1019Pro基因的AA、GA、GG三种基因型及等位基因频率分布在OSAHS组与对照组中无显著差异(P>0.05);各基因型个体比较,颈围、腹围、PSG等各项监测指标均无显著差异(P>0.05);OSAHS与对照组相比,Lysl09Arg和Pro1019Pro基因不同基因型组合间比例无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瘦素受体基因Lys109Arg和Pro1019Pro单一基因的变异及两者的联合效应与我国北方汉族居民发生OSAHS之间无明显相关性。【Objectives】 To investigate the relationship between polymorphisms of Leptin and the OSAHS.【Methods】Diagnostic polysomnography was performed in a total of 390 unrelated subjects of north region Han population(195 cases with OSAHS,195 healthy controls) whose genotypes of the leptin receptor genes Lysl09Arg and Pro1019Pro by were detected using Polymerize chain reaction-Restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCRRLFP).【Results】Three genotypes and allele frequencies of Leptin Receptor Genes Lysl09Arg or Pro1019Pro had no significant difference between OSAHS group and control group;neck circumference,abdominal circumference,PSG and other monitoring indicators were not significantly difference in three genotypes of Lysl09Arg or Pro1019Pro(P〉0.05).The combination of genotypes of Lysl09Arg and Pro1019Pro had no significantly difference between OSAHS group and control group.【Conclusion】 Polymorphisms of Leptin Receptor Genes Lysl09Arg and Pro1019Pro are ednot associated with OSAHS in the north region Han population.
