内侧支撑外侧锁定双钢板治疗复杂股骨髁骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨内侧支撑外侧锁定双钢板治疗复杂股骨髁骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2007年1月～2010年12月该科收治的28例C3型股骨髁骨折,全部行双侧钢板固定,术后行康复性功能锻炼,术后1、3、6、12个月复查拍片,骨折达到影像学骨折愈合后开始负重行走。结果所有患者均获得随访,平均随访28.5个月(12～50个月);骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间18.7周(16～40周)。根据Merchan膝关节功能评分标准,优7例,良16例,可4例,差1例,优良率为82.1%。结论采用内侧支撑外侧锁定双钢板治疗复杂股骨髁骨折复位良好,坚强、稳定固定,早期功能康复锻炼的目的,疗效满意。【Objective】 To investigate the curative effect about the double plate of medial support and lateral locking for the treatment of complex femoral condyle fracture.【Methods】 Retrospectively analyzed 28 cases of type C3 fracture of femoral condyle from 2007.1 to 2010.12 in our department,which all were bilateral plate fixed,given postoperative rehabilitation functional training,after 1,3,6,12 months after filming,and fractures to radiographic fracture healing after walk.【Results】 All patients were followed up,an average of 28.5（12 - 50） months.All fractures healed,and the average healing time was 18.7（16 - 40） weeks.According to Merchan knee joint function evaluation standard,there were excellent in 7 cases,good in 16 cases,passable in 4 cases,poor in 1 case,and the excellent and good rate was 82.1%.【Conclusion】 The double plate of medial support and lateral locking for the treatment of complex femoral condyle fracture could reset well,strongly and stably fix,early exercise in functional rehabilitation,and the results were satisfactory.
