摘 要:采用离子色谱法对三味檀香散中的锂、钠、钾、镁和钙5种元素进行了初级形态分析。结果显示,原药中5种元素的含量顺序为Ca>K>Mg>Na>Li,K总提取率超过了95%,其次Mg为44.93%,其他元素均在25%以下。在各元素残留率中,头煎残留率最高的是Na为90.34%,其次是Ca为80.19%。而颗粒吸附率最高的是K为16.65%。本实验数据为三味檀香散中的无机元素含量与药效关系提供了参考依据。The primary speciation of five elements in Sanwei sandalwood powder ( lithium, sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium) were analyzed by ion chromatography. The re-sults show that the order of the five elements in the original drug is Ca 〉 K 〉 Mg 〉 Na 〉 Li,K is more than 95% ,foUowed by Mg is 44.93% ,and other elements are in less than 25% from the total extraction rate. The residual rate of each ele-ment,the highest of the first dose in the residual rate is Na. The quantitative value is 90.34%, followed by Ca is 80.19%. The highest adsorption rate is K. The quantitative value is 16.65%. This result provides a reference value for the relationship of inorganic elements' content and pharmaco-dynamic for the the Sanwei sandalwood powder.
